About Mark Kepple
Attorney Kepple is a life long resident of Stonington and draws upon his extensive knowledge and association with the local community in both Connecticut and Rhode Island to advocate for his client's interests.
Mark received his bachelors degree in Politics from Assumption College and then went on to receive a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the University of New Hampshire Law School where he clerked in the Federal District Court for the Honorable Martin Laughlin. Upon receiving his law degree, Mark returned to the area where he practiced with law firms in both Westerly and Mystic galvanizing his two-state practice before starting his own firm in 1988.
Mark's law practice has included 25 years of volunteer work as a special public defender. Additionally, he has represented environmental groups pro bono to oppose major developments as well as representing numerous neighborhood groups opposing large condominium projects in the two state area.
